BuckSystems are systems that should not work, but do. Usually it involves rubber bands, chewing gum and other stuff that is just available. BuckSystems in the software world are no different. They work. And everything that was around when they were build is used, if necessary.

ehm, this image looks like a Visio add-on inside the CMS GUI. Is that an Add-On for giving a graphical representation of the BluePrint structure? or is it photoshopped? :) If its an add-on, i know for sure lotsa customers would love it (pretty pictures sell ;)

Actually it is a SVG display of the BluePrint hierarchy. All is dynamically generated from the Tridion System.
It is a trial project of Arjan van Rooijen, but it is not ready for delivery now.
All the layout stuff you still have to do yourself, but you can actually use it to change your BluePrint and add publications in a blueprint.
